Erica relishes the opportunity to help attorneys find the perfect role - one that is fulfilling, engaging and sustainable long term. She collaborates closely with law firms and in-house legal departments across the country to identify and recruit highly-qualified candidates with the personality and legal expertise to fit in with the firm’s culture and hit the ground running.

After nearly a decade of experience working as a Global Finance associate for Sidley Austin (both domestically and internationally) and Private Wealth attorney for Loeb & Loeb, Erica possesses a deep understanding of the dynamics that make a candidate a great fit for a firm or in-house department. This unique perspective allows her to effectively serve candidates and clients alike. She applies the attention to detail and big-picture analysis that made her a successful attorney to develop strong relationships with candidates and to understand the specific objectives and careers goals of each attorney with whom she works. She also spends substantial time learning about the culture, practice and unique characteristics of each law firm or in-house client she represents, which enables her to consistently find the perfect fit between candidate and opportunity. 

Erica's drive to empower other attorneys to find roles in which they can thrive means that she is always willing to discuss market insights and provide consultation to attorneys, even if they are not actively seeking employment.  She maintains strict confidentiality and discloses no information about a candidate without his or her express permission.  

Erica works with attorneys at all levels and in all areas of practice, and she has particular expertise placing LGBTQ+ attorneys into firms and in-house legal departments that celebrate diversity.

Erica earned an undergraduate degree in Biopsychology, Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor, cum laude,  from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
