Ascend Attorney Search provides comprehensive recruiting services to associates, partners, counsel level attorneys, and in-house lawyers.  We also represent groups of attorneys at all levels who seek to move to a new firm as a collective unit.  With every candidate we represent, we are singularly focused on helping them move to firms or in-house roles that provide the support and platform to maximize their career satisfaction and advancement.  

Because we take such a comprehensive approach to our representation, we provide the following services to every candidate we work with:

• We listen to our candidates and counsel them, both formally and informally, with regard to the different job opportunities available to them. 

• We are highly knowledgeable about the legal market and stay abreast of the market trends and opportunities available to our candidates.  

• We draft and/or revise resumes, comprehensive business plans, and representative transactions/cases lists to emphasize candidates' most relevant experience in a clear and concise manner. 

• We thoroughly prepare candidates for interviews.  We enjoy taking the time to help candidates who struggle in an interview setting, and we provide them with the tools they need to make a lasting impression on those they meet.

• We provide honest feedback to our candidates, and we strive to do so in the most constructive manner possible. When applicable, we will advise a candidate to take an offer they obtained on their own or through another recruiter if that opportunity is going to be the best fit for their career objectives.

• We are empathic and understand the challenges associated with a job search. We strive to develop long term relationships with our candidates, and we never lose sight of the fact that we are here to support them throughout the process.
