A graduate of Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and a licensed attorney, Jen has spent the past 25 years working in law firm administration, executive recruiting, and career counseling, She has had the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with professionals across the greater Cleveland legal and business communities, playing a key role in hiring decisions and recruiting legal and support professionals for law firms and in house roles.  Embedded in those years are individual and group leadership, professional, and business development coaching. 

Jen's strengths are in thinking and communicating in a strategic and collaborative way, connecting rising and established professionals, and working closely with her clients.  Her law firm and in-house clients rely on her advice and counsel in making strategic hiring decisions and she effectively recruits and vets highly qualified candidates.  Jen's individual clients lean on her to coach them on establishing professional, leadership, and business development plans that suit their individual style, needs, and organizational expectations.
